I love this quote because it puts you in charge of your emotional well being on and off the golf course.

Make a list of positive aspects about golf.

For example,
-being outside on beautiful landscapes is good for my soul
-i love playing with family, friends and new friends
-good exercise
-i love the challenge of each shot
-golf is a great networking tool

Look at this list often and remind yourself of these things before you play. It will change your energy field. A positive energy is what we want to access the genius inside of you.

Tip #2

When Tiger Woods makes a clutch putt, what does he do next?  He pumps his fist!  He is aware of and practicing a principle we call ‘anchoring a positive’.  It is by design.  He knows that the action of pumping his fist is anchoring a positive shot.  This tends to lead to more good shots AND you tend to recall these shots more often when needed in a similar situation.  When you master the mental game, you gain the advantage.
